Inversiones Leugros S.A. Hotel Parque 97 suites will use personal data in the following cases:

1. Sending accounting and/or tax information related to the contractual relationship with suppliers and customers.
2. Registration of information on persons linked to the hotel by employment.
3. Sending employment, accounting and/or tax information to the company’s employees and to the EPS, pension funds and severance pay insurance companies for occupational risks that require it.
4. Sending commercial, promotional or advertising information about the hotel’s services by electronic means.
5. Sending information by electronic means to evaluate the quality of the service.
6. In the attention and resolution of complaints and claims about the service, filed by customers
7. If personal data is provided, such information will be used only for the purposes stated herein, and therefore, Inversiones Leugros S.A. Hotel Parque 97 will not proceed to sell, license, transmit or disclose it, unless there is express authorization to do so, it is necessary to disclose it to entities that provide marketing services on behalf of Hotel Parque 97 or because it is required by law.

    

   RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA OWNERS

   The owner of personal data has the right to know, update and rectify his/her data. This right may be exercised, among others, against partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fractional data, which may lead to error, or those whose Processing is expressly prohibited or has not been authorized.
